We vet all of our contractors thoroughly to ensure we only use companies providing the best quality workmanship at a competitive price, so keeping Landlords worry free.
We will always make every effort to contact our Landlords before instructing any repair or routine maintenance unless the work is of an emergency nature where a “make safe” may be required until a permanent repair can be agreed.

We carry out a regular property inspections. We make recommendations on any improvements and maintenance required; issuing a comprehensive report, with supporting pictures of any maintenance required. Giving you reassurance that your property remains in sound condition for future rentals, thereby minimising the cost of repairs by acting in good time. This also ensures on going compliance with property legislation. Our experienced and local maintenance team can organise any repairs on your behalf.
Unlike some larger agents our maintenance team are local, and are not based in a call centre covering all of Scotland.
