Transparency In Your Pocket: Every Campbell+Dean Landlord is given access to the PayProp Owner app, giving you immediate, up-to-date access to your property accounts – account balances, invoices and much more.

Keeping you informed

Each time a payment is made, Campbell+Dean automatically email a landlord statement with supporting invoices for any expenditure that you have instructed, such as maintenance repairs.

Your tax return simplified – Download accounts

No need for paper statements, just download one. After setting your preferred date range, you can export each custom statement as a PDF file or email it to yourself, saving vast amounts of time at the end of each tax year.

Property inspection reports

View your regular property inspection reports and our findings online. These will highlight any remedial repairs, ensuring your property is well maintained and allowing you to budget for future refurbishment to ensure you continue to achieve the highest rental.

Property Maintenance

Any repair which is raised by the tenant or the agent will be tracked online. We call these repairs “tickets”. Each repair will have a description of the repair, the date it was raised and the date the repair was completed. Pictures of the repair can also be included. Each time a payment is made to the Landlord Campbell+Dean will auto email a landlord statement with supporting invoices for any repairs which have been instructed.

All your safety certificates in one place

View all of your gas and electrical safety certificates as well as your Energy Performance Certificates online. Expiry dates are also recorded and Campbell+Dean will ensure that certification is kept up to date.

You can download copies of certificates from your My C+D portal.

Tenant details

View past, present and upcoming tenancies easily online, as well as checking start and end dates.

Meter Readings

View meter readings at commencement and end of each tenancy.

Campbell+Dean notify the respective utility company of each change of tenant as well as the local authority for council tax purposes.
